HORNBLOWER OFFERS CHINESE MENUS

Hornblower Cruises & Events in San Francisco hosts thousands of guests from Asian countries throughout the year and due to this popular demand Hornblower chefs have created Chinese banquet menus to provide more options for guests who crave Chinese cuisine.

Hornblower regularly sends representatives to China and has heard the increasing desire to new and unique venues for Chinese menus. While Hornblower’s traditional dinner menus are very popular with visiting groups, Hornblower created Chinese menus to provide a greater menu variety.

The new menus include shrimp and pork sui mai, spicy basil chicken, oyster sauce beef and red bean, orange and almond cookies. Menus can be customized for a seated four course meal or buffet for any group size, from 20 to 2000.

Hornblower has yachts in the Bay Area that can host all sized groups. Events can be customized for special dinners, sales events, trade shows or groups of travelers.
