I wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for the outstanding event you and your staff put on for our customers aboard the Inspiration Hornblower. We have heard nothing but positive comments from our guests, staff and executive management and it is because of you and your staff that this event was such a success! The service, professional manner everyone handled themselves and attention to detail compares to nothing I’ve seen in the industry. It was truly a pleasure to work with all of you. I had the opportunity to board the ship during set up to travel to the dock with the staff and found each one of them to be a joy to work with. They were all so excited to get the party started and when it was time for our guests to arrive they turned on the professionalism one would expect from their staff when representing their company.
