History:
In 1980, Terry MacRae purchased a two-boat, 114-passenger charter yacht company in Berkeley, California and created Hornblower Cruises & Events. The goal was to combine cruising, dining and entertainment activities into one integrated, memorable experience.

Hornblower generated $40 million in revenues in 2007, hosting over 5,000 events and 440,000 guests.
