Hornblower Cruises and Events’ Commitment to Confidence
Offering Maximum Flexibility to Guests
March 16, 2020 – Hornblower Cruises and Events is committed to ensuring our guests are confident in making a booking by providing them maximum flexibility during these challenging times. We are making the following temporary changes to our rebooking and cancellation policy:
▪ For guests with existing bookings, if your cruise is cancelled because of public health authorities’ decisions, we have waived change fees and will be happy to reschedule your cruise for a future date travel.
▪ If you are unable to join for your experience due to an illness or because of travel to a restricted area (CDC Warning Level 3 region), we will apply the deposit you have made toward any future experience offered in 2020.
▪ Guests looking to make a booking for a future date can book with confidence knowing that we will work with them to ensure maximum flexibility should the situation continue or change.
Like many in this uncertain time, we are taking each day as it comes. The situation is constantly changing, as are the needs of each community. We are prepared to move quickly and return to normal operations when it’s safe and legal to do so. We are currently accepting bookings in most locations from May onwards.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide more information as it becomes available. http://hornblower.com/coronavirus/
