Sights & Sips Happy Hour Cruise. I chose to take my boyfriend out on this cruise to kick off his birthday. His bday is in December, and in what other city could you plan to be on a boat out on the water that time of year? I love San Diego. We got lucky and had a gorgeous, clear, still evening. We made a beeline for the food! There turned out to be a lot more food than I expected. The menu rotates, but we tore up some baked brie, spinach dip, chicken skewers, cheese/fig crostini, a salmon thingie...it all went well with the several glasses of wine we enjoyed. We wandered around the two levels of the ship and spent most of our time up front sitting outside taking in the views of downtown, the Coronado bridge, and Coronado.

We were very pleased with the cruising experience and the attentiveness of the crew to all of our needs. Julie was very gracious and provided excellent service. Enjoyed Captain Benjamin checking in with us at our table for a quick chat. We will never forget our special Thanksgiving Day aboard the Hornblower ship the "Entertainer" crusing in the Newport Bay. Looking forward to cruising again and will definitely brag about the experience to our friends.

The experience my family and I had, to say the least was beautiful. Not only was the ambiance beautiful, but the entire staff we interacted with was joyful, pleasant, warm and professional. Our server was made sure our needs were met and cups always filled. The Captain was awesome, he allowed my children the experience of driving the boat. They loved it!!!! The host/ greeter (cruise manager) was top notch. We were running slightly late to board the boat and because of him we were able to make it. This was definitely one of my families most memorable Thanksgivings.
